1. Controller

2. Data we process

• Account data: email, password (stored hashed), language and settings.
• Imported brokerage data: trades, positions, dividends, fees and instruments imported from Interactive Brokers (read-only).
• Payment data: subscription status and limited billing data; card details are handled by our payment provider and not stored by us.
• Technical/usage data: IP address, device/browser, log and diagnostic data.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing and operating the service, including import and calculations — performance of a contract.
• Account security, fraud prevention, debugging and improvement — legitimate interest.
• Analytics, advertising measurement and marketing — your consent (you can withdraw it).
• Complying with legal and accounting obligations — legal obligation.

4. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations. You can delete your account and request erasure; we then delete or anonymize your data unless we must retain some by law.

5. Recipients and processors

We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf (sub-processors), including: hosting/infrastructure, transactional email (e.g. Resend), payment processing, product analytics and error monitoring, and customer support. TradingView widgets embedded in the app may load from TradingView and receive technical data (e.g. IP) when displayed. We do not sell your data.

6. International transfers

Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact: [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

8. Security

We use a read-only connection to Interactive Brokers (we cannot trade or withdraw funds), encryption in transit, access controls and other measures appropriate to the risk. No method is 100% secure.

9. Children

The service is not directed to persons under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be notified.
